Andrew Tralongo

Andrew began his career in the dental industry as an executive analyst with Tralongo LLC and Dental Whale, where he assisted in growing and managing a national DSO. As a team leader, he conducted over $100M in transactions during this time and was responsible for creating and implementing multiple processes and procedures. His specialties include capital sourcing, M&A processes, financial modeling, strategic operational incite, and process implementation and KPI development. Currently, Andrew is the President of a mid-market DSO in Atlanta where he continues to exercise his leadership skills and passion for assisting others in reaching their goals.
Jackson Tralongo

Jackson began in dental as an analyst with Tralongo LLC and Dental Whale. He had the opportunity to network and meet many great partners around the United States while helping to support and grow both brands. He currently is Vice President for a mid-market DSO in the Atlanta area and continues to service and grow their team. He is very aware of what goals and aspirations clients want to achieve and focuses on keeping the end in mind at all times. This ensures the transition is always aligned with what clients truly need to be successful in the long run.
Brittany Meara

Brittany entered the dental industry after years of management with Hillstone Restaurant Group. As Director of M&A for Tralongo LLC, she utilized her passion for customer service to build and maintain relationships with the company’s 60+ dental entrepreneurs, consulting and representing them throughout the acquisition process. In just 5 short years, she closed over 60 acquisitions totaling $80M in revenue while facilitating each deal from inception to completion as well as providing on-going transition support. Brittany is driven by results and by making people smile and strives to do both when assisting dentists through seamless win-win transitions.
